Links Beat (linksbeat.com) is one of the network websites of SEO Backlinks. Posts here are written by members in the SEO Backlinks app and checked automatically for spam and copied text before publication. The terms below apply to this website exactly as they apply to the rest of the network; wherever they say “Network Websites”, that includes Links Beat.
Questions about this website: report a post or email support@seobacklinks.app.
Please read these terms carefully. By creating a SEO Backlinks account or using the SEO Backlinks app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use SEO Backlinks.
1. Who we are
SEO Backlinks ("we", "us") is a free service available at www.seobacklinks.app and in the SEO Backlinks mobile app for Android and iOS. It is operated by SEO Services IT. You can contact us at support@seobacklinks.app.
SEO Backlinks runs a network of general-interest websites (the "Network Websites"). Registered users can write original posts about websites they want to share, and each post may be published on one Network Website after automatic checks.
2. Who can use SEO Backlinks
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information when you register, keep your password private, and use only one account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at support@seobacklinks.app if you think someone else has used it.
3. How submissions work
- You submit posts only through the SEO Backlinks app. The Network Websites are for reading and do not accept submissions.
- Each post is sent to the one Network Website you choose. To appear on another website, you must write a separate, original post for it.
- Each post contains a title, original plain text, one category, optional tags, one link to a website, and — on some websites — one small optional logo.
- Every post is checked automatically when you submit it and may be published straight away. We may review, unpublish or remove any post at any time, and publication is at our discretion.
- Each website has its own length and format rules, shown in the app. The rules may change; your saved drafts are kept and the app shows what needs updating.
- There are fair-use limits on how many posts you can send each day. These are shown in the app if you reach them.
4. Your content and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of the text and logo you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, publish and distribute Your Content on the Network Website you chose, in the SEO Backlinks app, in search engines' indexes of those pages, and in our backups, for as long as it is published and as needed to operate the service. We may make small formatting changes (for example, line breaks or excerpts) but will not change the meaning of your words.
You confirm that:
- Your Content is your own original work, written for the website you chose, and not copied from anywhere else — including your own posts on other Network Websites;
- you have all rights needed to publish it, including any logo;
- the link points to a lawful website that you are entitled to promote; and
- Your Content follows our Content Rules.
5. What is not allowed
You must not use SEO Backlinks to submit or link to anything that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, infringes anyone's rights, contains malware or harmful code, or is spam. You must not copy the same text to several websites, impersonate anyone, collect other users' data, interfere with or overload the service, bypass limits or security, or use automated tools to create accounts or submissions. The full Content Rules are published at https://api.seobacklinks.app/account/content-rules and form part of these terms.
6. Moderation, reports and removal
We may approve, reject, or remove any post, and suspend or close any account, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms, the law, or puts others at risk. When we reject or remove a post, we tell you the reason in the app where possible. Anyone can report a post or account; we review reports and act on them. Publication is not an endorsement of you, your post, or the linked website.
7. Links to other websites — and what we do not promise
Each post links to a website chosen by its author. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, privacy practices or availability.
Despite our name, SEO Backlinks is a publishing network, not a search-engine optimisation service. Links in published posts carry the attributes search engines expect for user-submitted links ("ugc" and "nofollow"). We make no promise — and you must not rely on any expectation — that a post will bring visitors, sales, search-engine ranking, "link juice", domain authority, or any other result. We do not sell links, placements or rankings, and we do not accept payment for publication.
8. The service is free
SEO Backlinks is currently free to use. There are no subscriptions or paid submissions. If we ever introduce optional paid features or advertising, we will update these terms and explain clearly what changes; paid placement would always be labelled.
9. Our intellectual property
The SEO Backlinks name, logo, the www.seobacklinks.app website, the Network Website designs, the app and the software belong to SEO Services IT or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as these terms allow.
10. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using SEO Backlinks at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where it is reasonable to do so. If we close your account, your published posts are removed.
11. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account) or at https://api.seobacklinks.app/account/delete. Deletion removes your published posts from every Network Website straight away and signs you out everywhere. Your personal data is then erased as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep SEO Backlinks available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features or Network Websites, add new websites, or change website designs. Your published posts keep their addresses when a design changes.
13. Disclaimers
SEO Backlinks is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the service, the Network Websites, or any linked website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for content posted by users or found on linked websites. Our total liability for any claim relating to SEO Backlinks is limited to 100 US dollars, as SEO Backlinks is a free service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we make a meaningful change, we will publish a new version and ask you to accept it in the app before your next submission. The version and date are shown at the top of this page.
16. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
