How to take care of nails?
The first enemy that damages nails is water. Due to excess influence of water, the natural oil deposited on the nails gets eliminated and they become dry, hence to avoid the D/Hydrating effect, apply cold medicine on the fingers daily and dip your hands in foamy water while doing the medicure. And after some time, apply liquid moisturizer on your fingers.
To strengthen the nails, white iodine should be soaked in a cotton cloth and applied on the nails.

If your nails have cracks, massage them with mustard oil. Massaging them daily helps in removing the cracks.
To make the nails healthy, mix almond oil with lemon juice and massage the nails with cotton 4 times a week.
Rubbing glycerine and lemon peel on nails daily brings shine to nails.
Massaging the nails with alum or soaking them in salt water for 2 minutes strengthens the nails.
