Buxar: The North East Express train derailed in Bihar on Wednesday, leaving at least four passengers dead and dozens more hurt. An official said that the event happened about 9.35 p.m. nearby Raghunathpur station in Buxar. The train was traveling to Kamakhya near Guwahati in Assam when it left Anand Vihar Terminus in Delhi.
