Kareena Kapoor Khan Has Stuck To One Diet Plan Since 2009

In the conversation, Rujuta Diwekar disclosed that Kareena has remained consistent with the same eating habits for nearly two decades. She also shared a glimpse into the star’s daily meal structure:
Morning: A handful of dry fruits like almonds, raisins, or figs

Breakfast: Options like paratha or poha

Lunch: Dal-rice combo or a cheese toast

Evening Snack: A mango or mango milkshake, depending on the season

Dinner: Either khichdi with ghee or a comforting pulao

Rujuta further noted that Kareena typically opts for dal and rice while shooting, whereas at home, she prefers roti paired with sabzi. Khichdi with ghee is a recurring favorite, appearing on her plate four to five times a week.
Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Own Take On Her Diet

The Jab We Met star once playfully remarked, “My cook is exhausted because I make him make the same food for 10-15 days. Same dal-rice, dahi (curd)-rice. He is like, ‘What am I cooking?’ But I can be really happy eating khichdi five times a week. It works. It keeps me happy with a dollop of ghee.”

She also told The Nod in another interview, “Dinner by 6 pm, lights out by 9:30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up.”

Yoga Is At The Core Of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Wellness Routine

While nutrition plays a major role in her lifestyle, yoga continues to be an unwavering part of Kareena’s fitness journey. Over the years, she has dabbled in various forms of exercise, but her connection with yoga remains deeply personal. In a chat with Vogue, she shared, “Yoga is a part of my soul, a part of me.”

She also mentioned, “I have been practising yoga for over 10 years and it feels amazing.”

In addition to yoga, her workouts often include Pilates, strength training, and breathing techniques—forming a well-rounded and mindful approach to staying strong and energized.
